However, this didn't stop Kurt from wanting to help us out. Kurt was reasonable with advising what the expected job would cost (which was cheaper by a mile than 4 other plumbers I had contacted prior). Kurt attended the house, fixed the issue within 30min - mind you, 10min of that time was waiting for someone to arrive at the home to let him in.
